There are ten etch a sketch drawing autonomously - one shakes itself clean. Two micro controllers activate multiple servos attached to the wheels of each etch a sketch. The code causes every etch a sketch to draw and scrub its surface clean over time. As the surface is removed the mechanism underneath is slowly revealed. The piece as a whole creates a rhythmic electronic humming sound. This piece was exhibited during the 2005 Nevada Triennial.
